The Nevada Wolf Pack played nearly perfectly the first half of their game against Boise on Oct. 19, 2013 at Bronco Field. The Pack led the game 17-7 at half time, giving the pack and the fans high confidence for the rest of the game. Nevada had not led Boise at half-time in a game since 1997! However, the Pack was unable to hold their lead and shortly after the beginning  of the second half, fell short to the Broncos.

Boise’s first two possession of the second half resulted in touchdowns and the Broncos sealed the deal with two more touchdowns to confirm a final score of 34-17.

Nevada receiver Brandon Wimberly led the Pack with 121 yards for 11 catches. Bronco’s backup quarterback Grant Hedrick threw for 150 yards and ran for 115 more after starting QB Joe Southwick injured his foot the first play of the game.

The Pack will take on UNLV in Reno for their homecoming game on October 26 at 3 pm.
