What a game for the Mountain West Conference!

Did San Jose State (now 6-6) really just hand #16 Fresno State (now 10-1) their first loss of the season? With a combined total of 1,392 yards, Fresno QB Derek Carr passing for 519 yards and David Fales for SJSU a total of 547 yards passing, these numbers were getting a little out of hand--not to mention the final score of 62-52, the lack of defense on both sides left a quite a few baffled.

One of the biggest upsets in NCAA Division 1 football to hit home for us Wolf Pack fans would be this--since Fresno took us down on it's hopeful path to a perfect season, San Jose State was our last win after a five-game skid (and the last game we played) before our final of the season, which is tomorrow. So how did SJSU take down #16? You tell us, I don't think it's sunk in yet!

This loss ended Fresno State's chances to beat out Northern Illinois for a spot in a prestigious BCS game.
